I am a qualified play therapist and have always felt drawn to clay, its natural properties and connection with the earth appealing to me. I enjoy its qualities on both a sensory and metaphorical level.
Since undertaking the training as a clay therapist I have found that my confidence in encouraging clients to work with clay has developed, allowing the opening up of rich and fulfilling therapeutic journeys.
I hope to continue my personal journey as I feel there is always so much to learn, becoming a clay therapist being an important stage of a continuing relationship with the material of clay. In doing so I am certain that I will be able to enhance the experience of my clients.
